On February 6, Luzhi Town convened the 2012 Townwide Information and Liaison Work Conference in Meeting Room 308 of the Town Government. Information officers from more than 50 units and departments across the town attended the meeting. Chen Julin, a member of the Luzhi Town Party Committee, presided over the session and delivered instructions, while Assistant Town Mayor Yao Liang and Town Publicity Officer Zhang Ming respectively outlined and reported on the town’s information‑related work.

On December 27, a special democratic life meeting of Luzhi Town (Chenghu Agricultural Park) was held in the Hongyun Garden conference room. On December 21, Luzhi Town convened a meeting to assess the leadership team and leading cadres. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Qin Xiaoliang, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee.
