The Party Branch of Luzhi Tourism Company held its January themed Party Day activity.

In accordance with the spirit of the January thematic Party Day notice, all primary-level Party organizations across the city are required to conscientiously convene special organizational life meetings on thematic education and carry out democratic evaluations of Party members. On the morning of January 19, the Party branch of Luzhi Tourism Company held its January thematic Party Day event, which was attended by all Party members, prospective Party members, and active candidates for Party membership. The event was chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party branch.
At the meeting, Secretary Hu first conveyed the spirit of two documents issued by the Office of the Leading Group for Studying and Implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in Luzhi Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou: Document No. 1 [2024] of the Luzhi Education Group, which forwards the “Notice on Thoroughly Studying and Implementing the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Speeches and on Doing a Good Job in Summarizing the Thematic Education and Establishing and Improving Long-Term Mechanisms”; and Document No. 2 [2024] of the Luzhi Education Group, which issues the “Notice on Holding Specialized Organizational Life Meetings and Conducting Democratic Assessments of Party Members in Grassroots Party Organizations of Units Participating in the Second Batch of Thematic Education.”
Subsequently, all Party members in attendance earnestly convened a thematic organizational life meeting, linking their reflections to their thoughts and actual work, thoroughly identifying shortcomings and weaknesses, and deeply analyzing the root causes of these issues. They reviewed their progress in cultivating Party spirit and in fulfilling their roles as vanguard models; engaged in criticism and self-criticism, courageously examining their own deficiencies, boldly exposing their shortcomings, eschewing superficial harmony, offering candid critiques to one another, directly pointing out problems, and humbly accepting each other’s feedback with a view to making necessary improvements.
Finally, Secretary Hu, on behalf of the Party branch committee, reported on the progress of the thematic education campaign, briefed the committee on the issues identified through self-examination and other related matters, and chaired a democratic evaluation and organizational assessment involving all party members in attendance. Based on the evaluation results, specific assessments were rendered for each party member, highlighting areas of weakness and offering guidance to address shortcomings.
