To further enhance the tourism and shopping environment at the Luzhi Ancient Town scenic area, on the afternoon of August 12, Luzhi Culture and Tourism Company, in collaboration with the town’s Market Supervision Sub‑bureau, conducted a special inspection of market order.
The inspection team conducted on-site visits to several businesses within the ancient town scenic area, including food and snack outlets, costume‑photo studios, specialty‑product retailers, cultural‑creative handicraft shops, and distinctive restaurants. The inspection focused on compliance with licensing requirements, transparent pricing, raw‑material procurement, storage of bulk foods, and the health management of staff. During the checks, it was found that some establishments had failed to display their business licenses, hygiene permits, or health certificates; others had expired health certificates among their employees, stored bulk foods without proper covers, omitted price tags on certain items, or operated pre‑prepared foods without required registration—issues that pose potential safety risks. Enforcement officers combined inspections with educational outreach, providing on‑the‑spot guidance on food‑safety practices. They urged merchants to strengthen their awareness, ordered immediate corrective action, and set a deadline for completing all necessary improvements.
Going forward, Luzhi Culture and Tourism Company will collaborate with the town’s Market Supervision Sub‑bureau to conduct follow-up inspections on the issues and potential hazards identified during this round of checks. The company will ensure that businesses implement all necessary corrective measures, establish a robust closed-loop management system, firmly uphold safety‑production standards, and do everything possible to maintain stability in the tourism market, thereby creating a favorable consumer environment for visitors.
