On the morning of May 27, the Party Branch of Luzhi Tourism Company convened a conference on building a sound work style and clean governance, as well as on警示教育 (educational warnings) for leading cadres. The meeting aimed to further strengthen the self‑improvement of Party members and cadres, enhance their awareness of integrity and self-discipline, and bolster their ability to resist corruption and resist degeneration. All members of the Party Branch, prospective Party members, and active applicants for Party membership attended the meeting, which was chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party Branch.
The meeting studied Chapter VIII of the Regulations on Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China, which outlines disciplinary measures for violations of integrity and clean‑government discipline; viewed an educational warning film; conveyed and implemented the spirit of recent warning‑education activities in Luzhi Town; and carefully studied the requirements put forward by Secretary Jiang Hao of the Town Party Committee regarding the building of a clean and honest cadre team across the town.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei, drawing on practical experience, outlined the plan for strengthening integrity and clean governance among the company’s Party members and cadres, and emphasized several key requirements: First, strictly observe work discipline. Party members and cadres must lead by example, set a good precedent, and rigorously comply with all company rules and regulations, resolutely preventing disciplinary violations such as tardiness, leaving early, or abandoning one’s post during working hours. Second, maintain strict personal integrity. Party members and cadres must always remain clear-headed, further strengthen their “four consciousnesses,” firmly uphold their “four confidences,” and ensure “two safeguards,” aligning themselves with Party rules and discipline to fortify the bottom line of integrity. Third, adhere strictly to standards of duty performance. While in office, they must fulfill their responsibilities conscientiously, serve with integrity and dedication, consciously safeguard Party work discipline, constantly regulate their words and actions, and resolutely ensure that they “do not want to be corrupt, dare not be corrupt, and cannot be corrupt.”
