On the morning of August 8, Luzhi Culture and Tourism Company organized a group of Party members from its branch to launch a special campaign titled “No Litter on the Ground, a More Beautiful Ancient Town.” The initiative focused on cleaning up the ancient town’s scenic areas and surrounding neighborhoods—particularly those with persistent sanitation challenges—by systematically removing illegal张贴 advertisements, eliminating sanitary dead spots, and clearing accumulated waste. This effort aims to continuously improve and beautify the urban environment and our communities, while advancing civic engagement to bolster urban civilization.

Since the launch of this special campaign, the scenic area has posted an initiative titled “Let Leave-No-Trace Tourism Become a Trend” along with relevant posters at the entrances to all attractions, encouraging visitors to practice responsible tourism and jointly safeguard the ancient town’s environment. Additionally, a “No Littering” service counter has been set up at the Lu Duan Rest Stop in the visitor center, where free trash bags are distributed to motivate tourists to embrace the principles of leave‑no‑trace tourism and help maintain the town’s cleanliness.

Going forward, the Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area will regularly launch a special campaign titled “No Litter on the Ground, a More Beautiful Ancient Town,” encouraging residents, businesses, and visitors to actively participate in efforts to build a more civilized community and enjoy a clean, beautiful hometown. At the same time, leveraging volunteer teams such as the “Little Luzhi Guide Service Group,” the area will provide tourists with services including route guidance, travel information, and emergency assistance, further promoting a new ethos of responsible and civilized tourism.
