As the 2018 Spring Festival holiday approaches, in order to ensure effective preparations for welcoming visitors to the Luzhi Scenic Area during the holiday, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting on February 10 to outline plans for spring‑time tourism. Attending the meeting were members of the company’s leadership team, department managers, staff from the marketing center, and the heads of Baosheng Temple, Hengruida, and Wuchu Property Management Company.
At the meeting, heads of each department reported on their preparations for the Spring Festival, including specific measures, existing challenges, and matters requiring company‑level coordination. The head of Baosheng Temple presented the on‑duty schedule for the holiday period, while Hengruida and Wuchu Property Management outlined their staffing plans and operational measures for maintaining order and providing cleaning services in the scenic area during the festival. Following this, Vice Presidents Gu Hui and Wang Peinan, drawing on their respective areas of responsibility, assigned tasks related to creating a festive atmosphere, organizing marketing activities, and ensuring safety management. In closing, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered a summary address, comprehensively outlining the plan for Spring Festival tourism operations, detailing the responsibilities of each department, and making specific arrangements for the opening of the Luzhi Celebrity Hall in Phase II of the ancient town during the holiday. He also placed particular emphasis on ensuring the safety of events such as the first‑incense‑burning ceremony and folk performances. With regard to Spring Festival tourism preparations, General Manager Zhou set forth three key requirements: First, strengthen organizational leadership and clarify task assignments. All departments and functional lines should prepare in advance, develop contingency plans, and assign clear responsibilities to individuals based on their job duties, ensuring that personnel, measures, and accountability are all in place. Second, reinforce on‑duty and service‑provision efforts. During the holiday, all staff members are expected to be fully deployed, with enhanced collaboration and teamwork, working overtime to deliver high‑quality services that foster a joyous, vibrant atmosphere, maintain a clean and well‑kept environment, and ensure convenient, efficient guest reception. Third, improve emergency response capabilities and keep communication channels open. In light of activities such as the first‑incense‑burning ceremony and festive performances, it is essential to heighten safety awareness; in the event of emergencies, on‑site personnel must promptly implement appropriate response measures and report incidents without delay. Furthermore, on‑duty staff must remain reachable at all times and submit timely reports on visitor numbers and safety conditions.
