Luzhi Tourism Company Held a Meeting to Outline Tourism Operations for the May Day Holiday

With the arrival of the 2018 May Day holiday, in order to ensure effective tourism services at the Luzhi Scenic Area, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting on April 28 to outline preparations for the holiday period. The company’s leadership team, deputy heads and above from all departments, as well as the heads of Baosheng Temple, Hengruida, and Wuchu Property Management, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, department managers first reported on their preparations for the May Day holiday, outlining specific measures, identified challenges, and areas requiring company‑level coordination. Meanwhile, the two property management companies, Hengruida and Wuchu Property, presented their holiday operation plans and detailed measures for maintaining order and providing cleaning services at the scenic area. Following this, Vice President Wang Peinan read out the appointment letters for deputy heads of each department and assigned specific tasks related to marketing activities, visitor reception, and safety management during the holiday period.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered a concluding address, providing a comprehensive plan for tourism reception at the Luzhi Scenic Area during the May Day holiday. He outlined the specific tasks for each department and set forth four key requirements: First, attach great importance to this work, enhance service awareness, and standardize service practices. Second, clearly define task assignments, refine implementation measures, strengthen communication and collaboration, and foster synergy across all efforts. Third, reinforce safety management, ensure effective emergency response, and maintain safe and orderly operations. Fourth, strengthen on‑duty and standby arrangements, and conscientiously carry out all related tasks—including guest services and statistical reporting—in accordance with established guidelines.
