The meeting was chaired by Wang Peinan, the company’s deputy general manager. Members of the company’s leadership team, department managers, marketing staff, as well as the heads of Baosheng Temple and the contracted service providers Hengruida and Wuchu Property Management, attended the summary session.

At the meeting, department heads first presented reports on their respective departments’ performance in 2017, highlighting existing issues and shortcomings, and placed particular emphasis on outlining their work plans and objectives for 2018. The heads of Hengruida and Wuchu Property Management also reported on their 2017 efforts in maintaining order within the scenic area and ensuring cleanliness in the ancient town, along with their planned initiatives for the coming year. Following this, Vice Presidents Gu Hui and Wang Peinan offered comments on the performance of their respective areas of responsibility and assigned specific tasks across key functions, including marketing, attraction management, public relations and promotion, and visitor services. Subsequently, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered a concluding address. He began by conveying the spirit of the Third Session of the 18th People’s Congress of Luzhi Town and the relevant requirements for safety during the year-end and New Year period. He then summarized the company’s achievements and overall performance over the past year, with a strong focus on setting forth the priorities and action plans for 2018, clearly defining the direction and measures to be pursued. Finally, in addressing how to effectively carry out the year ahead, General Manager Zhou Lei outlined three key requirements: first, further enhance proactivity and creativity in all aspects of work, ensuring a more vigorous and decisive execution; second, strengthen comprehensive service management to elevate the scenic area’s quality and appeal; and third, intensify marketing efforts to bolster the scenic area’s brand identity. All departments were urged to plan ahead, establish clear timelines, and prioritize implementation. The company will reinforce oversight and inspection to ensure that all tourism-related initiatives for 2018 are effectively executed and yield tangible results.
