On the morning of March 26, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting to promptly convey and study the spirit of higher-level directives and to ensure the thorough implementation of related tasks. Attending the meeting were the company’s leadership team, all Party members, candidates for Party membership, active applicants for Party membership, the head of Baosheng Temple, as well as the heads and project managers of the Two‑Insurance Company. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Zhou Lei.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the special study session convened by the Party Committee of Luzhi Town on March 23, and reviewed the key requirements emphasized by Secretary Jiang Hao of the Town Party Committee during the session—namely, the need to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech delivered at the 11th collective study session of the 20th CPC Central Politburo, as well as the guiding principles from the Two Sessions and the district-wide conference on publicity, ideological work, culture, and cyberspace affairs.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei, in light of the spirit of the aforementioned meeting and in consideration of the company’s current development situation, outlined plans for the present and the next phase of work. He emphasized: First, cultivate sound values and maintain enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship. Do not spread rumors, do not fabricate rumors, and do not believe rumors; uphold sound values, and maintain a sustained passion for your work. Second, strictly abide by rules and regulations, lead by example, and set a positive precedent. All personnel must strictly abide by all company rules and regulations. Department heads, in particular, should lead by example, set a positive precedent, and guide and motivate their team members to comply conscientiously. Third, strengthen professional training to enhance the effectiveness of staff. Develop effective training programs, strengthen employees’ professional skills and overall competency, and continuously enhance work efficiency. Seize the current round of development opportunities for the scenic area, upgrade and optimize its business formats and offerings, innovate and enhance operational management, and transform and upgrade its tourism model, thereby effectively advancing the development of a high‑quality, premium‑grade scenic destination. Fifth, we will continue to rigorously enforce workplace safety without letup. There are no small matters when it comes to safety; workplace safety must be pursued relentlessly and consistently, with all relevant preventive measures meticulously planned and effectively implemented to ensure safe production. Sixth, strengthen oversight and performance evaluation to enhance work efficiency. Further refine the performance evaluation mechanism for outsourced services, strengthen regulatory oversight and inspection of the two guarantee companies, and effectively enhance the efficiency of outsourced service operations.
