Luzhi Tourism Company Held a Meeting on Work Discipline and Style of Conduct.

On the morning of April 1, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting to further strengthen workplace discipline and conduct, ensure strict adherence to duties and responsibilities, and maintain rigorous standards of work style. Attending the meeting were the company’s leadership team, heads and deputy heads of all departments, all Party members, candidates for Party membership, and active applicants for Party membership, as well as the heads of Baosheng Temple and the Luzhi Property Management Visitor Center, along with the heads and project managers of the Two‑Security Company. The meeting was chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party Branch.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the document issued by the Luxi Town Discipline Inspection Office and the Luxi Town Organization, Personnel, and Social Security Bureau, titled “Notice on Further Strengthening Work Discipline and Conduct.” It served to educate and remind all cadres and employees to elevate their political awareness and ideological understanding, align their thinking and actions with the guiding principles of higher-level directives and the various decisions and arrangements of the Town Party Committee and the Town Government, remain constantly vigilant, and strictly adhere to work discipline and professional conduct.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei, in light of the company’s current situation, emphasized several key requirements: First, strictly fulfill one’s job responsibilities. All personnel shall, in accordance with their departmental and job responsibilities, fully discharge their duties and conscientiously perform all tasks; negligence of duty, falsification, and perfunctory compliance are strictly prohibited. Second, strictly adhere to work discipline. All personnel must strictly comply with all company rules and regulations, particularly those governing work schedules, attendance, and workplace discipline. Department heads are expected to lead by example and ensure that their teams adhere to these requirements. Third, strictly enforce codes of conduct. All personnel shall conscientiously conduct themselves in accordance with the company’s rules and regulations, observe discipline and abide by established procedures, and work in a pragmatic manner. Any failure to act, slow action, or improper action is strictly prohibited. Fourth, effectively implement principal responsibility. In accordance with the requirements of the official notice, promptly launch the “Three Ones” initiative, effectively improve institutional frameworks, strictly enforce conduct and discipline, standardize attendance management, and further strengthen efforts to enhance work style and efficiency.
