The Luzhi Tourism Party Branch organized a special Party lecture on the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign for all its members.

To commemorate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, and in accordance with the Luozhi Town’s plan for implementing the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign, the Luozhi Tourism Party Branch organized all its members on the morning of July 11 to attend a special party lecture titled “How to Be a Qualified Party Member.”
At the meeting, attendees first watched a report on the exemplary deeds of Cui Genliang, a national “Role Model of Our Times.” Following that, Zhou Lei, the branch secretary, outlined how to be a qualified Communist Party member by integrating theory with practice, focusing on three key aspects: “firmly upholding the Party’s convictions and setting an example in fulfilling our duties; keeping the Party’s fundamental purpose firmly in mind and serving as a model of law-abiding conduct; and putting the Party’s principles into action, exemplifying integrity and self-discipline.” Subsequently, the spirit of Secretary Yao Dong’s address at the Luzhi Town conference commemorating the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China was conveyed, and it was announced that two comrades from the Tourism Branch—Luo Jianlin and Shen Lixia—had been honored with the “Star‑Level Party Member” title and second prize in the outstanding essay contest under the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign.
Finally, Secretary Zhou Lei, drawing on the practical realities of the tourism company’s operations, outlined the next phase of the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign and set forth three key requirements: First, emphasize translating knowledge into action by staying committed to one’s duties and boldly shouldering responsibilities; second, proactively identify oneself as a Party member, project a vanguard image, and actively assume a leading role; and third, uphold the integration of learning and application, aligning with the 100-day initiative to enhance service quality, strengthen oversight and rectification efforts, and effectively elevate the overall level of services at the scenic area.
