On August 11, Wuzhong District convened a working meeting on enhancing the service quality of A‑level scenic areas. To promptly convey and implement the spirit of higher‑level directives and to expedite preparations for the scenic area’s re‑inspection, Luzhi Tourism Company held a similar working meeting on August 12. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Lei, Director of the Town Tourism Office and General Manager of the tourism company, with attendance from department managers and the head of Hengruida Property, the contracted service provider.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhou first conveyed the spirit of the Wuzhong District’s conference on enhancing service quality at A‑level scenic areas, as well as the specific requirements for district‑wide improvement efforts articulated by Vice District Mayor Zhou Xiaomin. He also presented the findings of a third‑party agency’s undercover inspection of the Luzhi Scenic Area and its corresponding assessment scores for the first half of the year. Furthermore, he outlined and mobilized the company’s plans for the next phase of improvement, urging all departments to attach great importance to this work and take swift action, adopt a problem‑oriented approach, and promptly address any issues that can be resolved at the corporate level.
Following the mobilization, the company promptly convened a leadership meeting to review and discuss the undercover inspection report. With respect to areas where points were lost—such as transportation, sightseeing, safety, sanitation, and overall management—the team conducted a detailed analysis of the root causes and formulated targeted measures. It was decided that the Town Tourism Office would take the lead, assigning responsibility to relevant departments based on the issue checklist, and developing specific improvement plans to be submitted to the Town Party Committee and Government. At the town level, this approach will ensure coordinated efforts across all functional departments, fostering collaborative governance and synergy to effectively enhance the quality of services at the scenic area.
