To enhance the legal awareness of staff at the Luzhi Scenic Area and effectively mitigate legal risks in tourism services, Luzhi Tourism Company held a legal‑knowledge training session on March 17. The event featured a lecture by Attorney Gu Jingwei of Suzhou Jianheng Law Firm, and was attended by team leaders and above from the company’s front‑line departments, including attractions, tour guides, cruise operations, marketing, and travel agencies.
During the training session, Attorney Gu began by outlining the newly revised provisions and their positive implications under the recently adopted General Provisions of the Civil Law. He then conducted an in-depth analysis of the safety risks inherent in the operation and management of tourist attractions, focusing on legal liabilities and risk‑mitigation strategies related to contract drafting, tour guide conduct, and guest‑service protocols, and offered well‑grounded professional advice. In the concluding Q&A segment, he addressed pressing and complex issues encountered in both professional and personal contexts, providing clear, law‑based guidance and clarification.
Through this legal education program, all participants have further strengthened their legal awareness and enhanced their overall competence, thereby contributing positively to the scenic area’s efforts to improve risk management and safety prevention.
