Luzhi Tourism Company convened a work conference on Party conduct and integrity building.

To effectively strengthen the company’s efforts in building a clean and honest Party conduct and to better advance the tourism center’s work, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting on Party conduct and integrity building on March 16. The meeting was chaired by General Manager and Party Branch Secretary Zhou Lei, and was attended by all Party members, departmental deputy managers and above, as well as representatives from contracted partner units.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhou conveyed the spirit of the town-wide conference on Party conduct and integrity building and cautionary education, and led everyone in studying the three key work requirements emphasized by Secretary Yao Dong of the Town Party Committee in his address: “highlighting the Four Consciousnesses, addressing both symptoms and root causes, and ensuring accountability.” Finally, General Manager Zhou outlined the company’s plans for the next phase of integrity-building efforts and set forth three specific requirements: First, all departments and every Party member must fully raise their awareness, maintain a clear head at all times, hold themselves to the rigorous standards expected of Party members, and genuinely strengthen their sense of initiative and responsibility in promoting integrity; second, with tourism as the central focus, we must ensure the effective implementation of principal responsibility. Leading cadres should lead by example, strictly enforce work discipline, and maintain a high level of professional performance; responsibilities must be clearly defined and assigned to ensure the smooth progress of project construction; third, we must reinforce accountability and strengthen assessments of work style and efficiency. Each department should assign specific personnel to specific posts with clearly defined responsibilities, enhance coordination and collaboration, and resolutely prevent buck-passing and finger-pointing. Furthermore, oversight and rectification efforts must be intensified to address complacency, laxity, and inefficiency, thereby effectively driving improvements in work style and enhancing overall performance.
