The Luzhi Tourism Party Branch convened a meeting to deploy the regularized and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of Luzhi Town’s efforts to institutionalize and normalize the “Two Studies, One Action” study-and-education campaign, the Tourism Party Branch convened an expanded branch meeting on June 27 to deploy and carry out the ongoing, institutionalized implementation of this initiative. All party members of the company, departmental cadres at or above the deputy‑level, and the heads of Baosheng Temple, Hengruida, and Wuchu Property Management attended the meeting, which was chaired by Comrade Zhou Lei, the branch secretary.
At the meeting, Comrade Wang Jianchang, a member of the Party branch committee, first conveyed the “Implementation Plan for Deepening the ‘Four Focuses and Four Enhancements’ Initiative in the Luxi Town ‘Two Studies, One Action’ Study and Education Campaign.” Subsequently, Comrade Gu Hui, the deputy secretary of the branch, communicated the spirit of the speech delivered by Secretary Yao Dong of the Town Party Committee at the town-wide symposium on advancing the institutionalization and normalization of the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign. Finally, Comrade Zhou Lei, the branch secretary, gave a concluding address, outlining the next phase of the branch’s efforts to institutionalize and normalize the “Two Studies, One Action” initiative and setting forth three key requirements: First, elevate ideological awareness and further strengthen understanding of the importance of the “Two Studies, One Action” work. Second, emphasize institutionalization and normalization by reinforcing organizational leadership, upholding the principle of leading by example, and promoting progress across the board; while also adopting a problem‑oriented approach, advancing measures in a categorized manner, and ensuring prompt rectification. Third, deeply integrate the “Two Studies, One Action” campaign with the center’s core work in tourism, enabling Party members to play a pioneering and exemplary role in key initiatives such as the “263 Special Action” and the comprehensive upgrading of scenic areas.
At the meeting, in light of the recent unannounced inspections being conducted by the Provincial Tourism Bureau in our city, Secretary Zhou also presented the “Suzhou City Tourist Attraction Inspection Report,” offering a detailed analysis of the issues identified at attractions that failed the assessment. He instructed all departments to: first, take this as a cautionary lesson, accord it the highest level of attention, and draw broader lessons to accelerate improvements; second, promptly carry out self‑inspections and corrective actions, swiftly identifying and addressing shortcomings in staff on duty, environmental hygiene, and service facilities; and third, further strengthen the oversight and inspection system, intensifying routine monitoring of environmental sanitation and service quality to ensure that all attractions pass higher‑level evaluations in optimal condition.
