Luzhi Tourism Company Held a Meeting to Advance Scenic-Area Environmental Improvement and the “263” Special Campaign.

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Luzhi Town Meeting on Comprehensive Environmental Improvement and the Advancement of Special Action 263, and to effectively plan and organize the next phase of the company’s 263 initiative, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting on July 21st to advance scenic‑area environmental remediation and the 263 special action. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Lei, General Manager and Party Branch Secretary, with attendance from heads of all departments and external partner units, as well as all members of the Party branch.
At the meeting, department heads first reported on their respective progress in implementing corrective measures, the issues they are facing, and their plans for the next phase of work. Subsequently, the vice presidents in charge of each business line provided feedback and outlined specific requirements for improvement.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered a special briefing on the next phase of the 263 Special Campaign, conveyed the spirit of Secretary Yao Dong’s address at the Luzhi Town 263 Work Promotion Meeting, explained the specific contents of the Implementation Opinions on Grid‑Based Management, and outlined four key requirements: First, elevate ideological awareness and strengthen education and guidance. It is essential to attach great importance to the 263 Campaign, clearly recognize its long-term nature and sustained effort, and devote full resources to rectification and improvement. Second, reinforce long‑term management and conduct thorough problem identification. While the scenic area’s environmental hygiene and market order have improved markedly, consolidating these gains hinges on implementing routine, normalized management to prevent any resurgence. A comprehensive, blanket inspection should be organized to comprehensively identify weak links and pressing issues. Third, implement grid‑based management and accelerate remediation. The grid system—under which line‑level leaders are assigned specific areas and departmental staff are designated with fixed responsibilities—must be refined, with clear division of labor and individual accountability, focusing on tackling persistent challenges in water‑environment governance and waste‑removal operations through decisive, no‑holds‑barred efforts. Fourth, strengthen oversight and evaluation, and rigorously enforce accountability. The company’s inspection team will monitor the implementation of measures across all departments throughout the entire process, promptly addressing issues raised through higher‑level supervision, as well as those reported via channels such as “Hanshan Wenzhong.” Departments and individuals that demonstrate negligence or sluggish progress in rectification will be held accountable.
