Luzhi Tourism Company Conveys and Studies the Spirit of the Town People’s Congress

On the afternoon of July 29, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting to convey and study the spirit of the town’s People’s Congress and to accelerate the implementation of related tasks. The company’s leadership team, heads and deputy heads of all departments, the person in charge of Baosheng Temple, project managers from the two‑insurance companies, as well as all Party members, prospective Party members, and active applicants for Party membership attended the meeting, which was chaired by General Manager Zhou Lei.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the July 26th Luozhi Town Semi-Annual Work Conference on Work Safety and the Ninth Session of the 19th People’s Congress of Luozhi Town, reviewed the contents of the Government Work Report, and provided a detailed interpretation of the report’s objectives, tasks, and implementation requirements related to tourism.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei, in light of the spirit of the aforementioned meeting and in consideration of the company’s current development situation, outlined the tasks for the present period and the next phase. He emphasized: First, strengthen ideological awareness and implement preventive measures in meticulous detail. All departments must attach great importance to safety in both mindset and operations, maintain constant vigilance, master the fundamentals of safe production, and rigorously implement the “six‑fold” requirements for workplace safety, thereby ensuring that the overall safety situation remains stable and continues to improve. Second, we will closely monitor key links and ensure effective closed-loop management. Heads of all departments must maintain unwavering vigilance over workplace safety, refine safety management for critical positions, key processes, and vital areas, ensure closed-loop management in all matters, eliminate regulatory blind spots, and resolutely fortify the safety production defense line. Third, strengthen safety training and enhance professional skills. It is necessary to conduct regular training on occupational safety expertise and, in parallel, strengthen assessments of professional skills, thereby further elevating the level of safety management and fostering a robust culture in which everyone prioritizes safety and all personnel are proficient in emergency response. Fourth, we will deepen the brand’s intrinsic value and enhance the appeal of our cultural‑tourism IP. We must accelerate the construction and operation of Phase I and Phase II of the Ancient Town renovation project, further enhancing the town’s environmental quality, service standards, and business mix. By deepening the brand ethos of “an educational wetland and a cultural oxygen bar,” we will precisely define the “one town, one signature product” positioning, strengthen the Ancient Town’s cultural‑tourism IP, and comprehensively elevate the scenic area’s recognition and influence.
