The Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area held a work‑deployment meeting for the Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday period.

On the morning of September 14, the Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area held a work‑deployment meeting for the Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday period. Attending the meeting were the company’s leadership team, heads of all departments, the directors of Baosheng Temple and the Luzhi Property Visitor Center, as well as project managers from the two property‑management companies.

At the meeting, heads of each department sequentially reported on their preparations for handling tourist arrivals during the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays, as well as on matters requiring coordination and resolution by the company. Representatives from contracted service providers outlined detailed measures for holiday‑related security and reception, cleaning services, parking management, and other tasks, with relevant supervising leaders providing supplementary remarks.

The meeting conveyed the contents of Document No. 65 [2024] issued by the Office of the Safety Production Committee of Wuzhong District, Suzhou, titled “Notice on Launching a Focused Campaign to Identify and Rectify Major Accident Hazards for ‘Ensuring Safety and Safeguarding Stability’,” as well as the spirit of the pre‑Mid-Autumn and National Day Safety Work Conference for A‑level Tourist Attractions in Wuzhong District, Suzhou. It also outlined arrangements for related activities at tourist sites during the Mid-Autumn and National Day holiday period.

Finally, the responsible officials of the scenic area outlined arrangements for holiday tourism reception and emphasized several key requirements: First, we must strengthen security precautions. All departments must strengthen their awareness, resolutely fortify the safety defense line, intensify the identification and rectification of potential hazards, enhance passenger flow management and emergency response capabilities, and make every effort to ensure the safety and stability of tourism during holiday periods at scenic areas. Second, we must enhance the quality of our services. During the holiday period, passenger traffic is expected to surge. All departments are required to fully discharge their duties, strengthen parking management, maintain order, and ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation, thereby effectively enhancing the quality of services and visitor reception at the scenic area. Third, we must coordinate and plan all activities. All departments should maintain a spirit of unity and collaboration, strengthen communication and coordination, coordinate holiday event planning, reinforce on-site management, and ensure that activities are conducted safely, orderly, and to a high standard. Fourth, we must strengthen on-duty and standby arrangements. Strictly implement the 24-hour on-duty and standby system, maintain unimpeded communication, intensify patrols and inspections, promptly respond to emergencies and handle unexpected incidents, and ensure that the scenic area’s work safety situation remains consistently stable and improves.
