Special Safety Production Briefing on the “Hundred Groups Enter One Million Enterprises and Ten Million Employees” Campaign in Luzhi Town’s Tourism Industry

On the afternoon of September 25, the tourism sector of Luzhi Town held a special safety‑production briefing session at the Culture and Tourism Group, under the initiative “Hundreds of Delegations Enter Millions of Enterprises and Tens of Millions of Employees.” The event aimed to further study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions and directives on workplace safety, encourage enterprises to better fulfill their safety‑production responsibilities, foster a nationwide culture of safety participation, and enhance public awareness and overall safety standards. The session was delivered by Gu Hui, Chairman of the Culture and Tourism Group, and was attended by members of the Group’s leadership team, department managers, the head of Baosheng Temple, as well as representatives from several local hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, and travel agencies, along with their safety management personnel.
At the meeting, Gu Hui delivered a presentation focusing on three key areas: earnestly taking General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions as the fundamental guiding principle for ensuring workplace safety; accurately understanding and implementing the newly promulgated “Several Measures”; and solidly advancing the priority tasks for workplace safety in the current period and beyond. The content combined theoretical insights with real-world case studies, and, through case analysis, proposed preventive and responsive measures. Attendees listened attentively, took meticulous notes, and engaged deeply with the material.
Finally, Gu Hui emphasized the need to raise ideological awareness, firmly uphold red lines and bottom lines, focus on priority objectives, enforce safety responsibilities, and demonstrate the utmost sense of responsibility. He called for strict implementation of the “Three Controls, Three Musts” principle—namely, ensuring safety in industry management, business operations, and production‑and‑operation activities—and urged that the “Four Aspects Be Fully Addressed”—adequate safety investment, comprehensive safety training, robust foundational management, and effective emergency response. He stressed the importance of carrying out the six key initiatives for workplace safety to high standards and with rigorous discipline, thereby substantially elevating the level of safety governance. At the same time, he expressed hope that today’s briefing would deepen everyone’s understanding of the critical importance of workplace safety, as well as the Party Committee and government of Lüzhí Town’s strategic decisions and arrangements in this area, so that all parties can work together with full commitment to advance all aspects of workplace safety and ensure a sustained, stable, and improving safety situation.
