On the afternoon of March 11, Gao Yun, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Changning District Committee and Deputy District Mayor, led a delegation—including Ma Yian, Director of the Changning District Tourism Bureau; Zheng Yunqing, Deputy Director; Zhou Weiran, Assistant Director of the Commerce Commission; and Ying Qinyong, Director of the Office of the Tourism Administration—to visit the Luzhi Scenic Area for an inspection. They were accompanied by Xu Min, Deputy Director of the Wuzhong District Tourism Bureau; Wu Qiurong, Chairman of the Luzhi Town Trade Union; and Zhou Xuezhong, General Manager of the Luzhi Tourism Company.

Deputy District Mayor Gao Yun and his delegation visited several key cultural heritage sites, including Baosheng Temple, the Shen Residence, the Luzhi Water Town Women’s Costume Museum, and the Jiangnan Cultural Park. They enjoyed a captivating folk performance on the park’s ancient stage, gained an in-depth understanding of the town’s preservation efforts and tourism development, and expressed high praise for Luzhi Ancient Town’s picturesque environment and its ongoing tourism‑related initiatives.
