Leaders from the Suzhou Municipal Tourism Bureau visited the Luzhi Scenic Area to inspect preparations for the competition at the Sports Expo.

On April 7, a six-member delegation—including Director Xu from the Municipal Tourism Bureau and Deputy Director Xu Min of the Wuzhong District Tourism Bureau—braved the rain to visit the Luzhi Scenic Area to inspect preparations for the competition at the Expo. They were accompanied by Zhou Xuezhong, General Manager of Luzhi Tourism Company.
Deputy Director Xu Min and his delegation first conducted a detailed briefing with General Manager Zhou Xuezhong on the preparations for the Luzhi Scenic Area’s participation in the 2011 China International Tourism Expo, emphasizing the importance of this event and stressing the need to meticulously carry out all preparatory steps. Subsequently, the leaders watched the trio dance “Carrying Fresh Lotus Roots” at the ancient stage and observed on-site the runway rehearsals of the competing models.
