On the morning of April 8, leaders from the Jiangsu Workers’ Daily and the Suzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions paid a visit to the Luzhi Scenic Area for an inspection. Wu Qiurong, Chairman of the Luzhi Town Trade Union, and others accompanied the delegation.
The leaders visited key cultural heritage sites, including Baosheng Temple, the Shen Residence, the Luzhi Water Town Women’s Costume Museum, and the Jiangnan Cultural Park. They enjoyed a captivating folk performance on the park’s ancient stage, gained an in-depth understanding of the town’s preservation efforts and tourism development, and offered high praise for Luzhi Ancient Town’s picturesque environment and its ongoing tourism initiatives.
