To effectively enhance the service and management standards of the Luzhi Scenic Area, on June 11, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a mobilization meeting for its service-quality improvement initiative. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Lei, Director of the Town’s Tourism Office and General Manager of the tourism company, and was attended by heads of all company departments, the Visitor Center’s Property Management Office, and Hengruida Property Management Company.
At the meeting, General Manager Zhou Lei first conveyed Document No. 1 of the Wu Jing Office [2016] and launched a 100-day initiative to enhance service quality. He urged all departments to thoroughly grasp the spirit of the document and, in accordance with the unified arrangements of higher authorities, promptly carry out self-inspections, self-corrections, and improvement measures. Subsequently, the deputy general managers responsible for each business line reviewed the current shortcomings and weak links in tourism facilities and service management against the national 4A‑level scenic‑spot standards, and assigned specific tasks for enhancement. The meeting also presented a PPT summarizing the findings of a recent third-party unannounced inspection of the Luzhi Scenic Area. In response to the issues identified during the inspection, the team conducted a detailed analysis of their root causes and formulated corrective measures. Additionally, copies of the “Wuzhong Tourist Attraction (Site) Service Standards and Touching Service Initiatives” were distributed, with instructions that, following the meeting, each department organize staff training to reinforce learning.
Finally, General Manager Zhou summarized the meeting and, with regard to the objectives of the 100-day initiative to enhance service quality at the Luzhi Scenic Area, outlined three key requirements: First, elevate awareness and fully recognize the importance and urgency of strengthening service management at the scenic area. Second, expedite inspections and assessments, and intensify efforts to identify and address any gaps or deficiencies. Third, align with established management standards and make every effort to implement corrective and remedial measures throughout the scenic area.
