Diligently implement optimization initiatives to comprehensively enhance service quality.

Since launching the long-term management initiative for civilized tourism and the campaign to enhance the scenic area’s environment and its surroundings, Luzhi Ancient Town has comprehensively upgraded the overall appearance of the site and its immediate vicinity. It has strengthened oversight of nearby restaurants and mobile food stalls, intensified routine patrols and inspections, promptly issued warnings, and reinforced on-site management to eliminate unauthorized parking of motorized and non-motorized vehicles. Daily cleaning has been stepped up across the scenic area and its surrounding roads, waterways, green belts, bridges, signage, information boards, and trash bins, with increased frequency of mobile sweeping. Restrooms are maintained according to 5S standards, cleaned every half hour, and equipped with air fresheners to minimize odors. Waste collection from the streets is carried out twice daily by land transport and four times by water transport; in special circumstances, additional collections are scheduled as needed. Routine inspections of road surfaces, building facades, and public facilities are being conducted more frequently, with prompt repairs undertaken whenever issues are identified. Public‑service advertisements and information boards are also kept clean on a daily basis, with damaged, faded, outdated, curled, or detached materials promptly replaced or repaired.

To date, the Luzhi Ancient Town scenic area has addressed 72 instances of improperly parked non-motorized vehicles, rectified 40 cases of illegal motor vehicle parking, updated 78 public‑service advertisements, and systematically removed 380 outdated or unsightly ads. Additionally, it has maintained and repaired 276 items, including road surfaces, building facades, and public facilities and equipment, dissuaded 16 incidents of uncivilized behavior, and cracked down on 13 unauthorized stalls and mobile vendors. These efforts have further strengthened the area’s capacity to eliminate static issues and promptly address dynamic ones, thereby comprehensively enhancing the overall quality of its services.

The Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area will continue to implement initiatives to enhance the landscape and surrounding environment, comprehensively improving sanitation and market order both within the area and in its vicinity. Key efforts will focus on systematically identifying and compiling issues uncovered during inspections at all levels as well as self‑inspections, strengthening routine patrols and checks, and promptly addressing identified shortcomings to prevent recurrence. These measures aim to further refine the scenic area’s service environment, support the sustained and long‑term development of a civilized city, and strive to create a model tourist destination characterized by a beautiful setting, clean hygiene, and excellent services.
