Rapid Deployment! Luzhi Tourism Company Holds a Warning‑Education Meeting on Work Safety and Fire Prevention

On the morning of April 7, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a warning‑education meeting on workplace safety and fire prevention, drawing profound lessons from the April 5 industrial fire incident. The company earnestly implemented the relevant directives issued by the town Party committee and government, further advancing the “six‑fold standardization” requirements for workplace safety, and adopted an even more rigorous and pragmatic approach to ensure robust safety management. Attending the meeting were the company’s leadership team, heads and deputy heads of all departments, the person in charge of Baosheng Temple, the heads of the two security companies, and project managers. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Zhou Lei.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the April 6th warning‑education session on workplace safety and fire‑prevention work held in Luzhi Town, and reviewed the directives and relevant work arrangements outlined by Jiang Hao, Secretary of the Town Party Committee.

Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei, drawing on the company’s specific circumstances, outlined plans for current and upcoming phases of work related to production safety, emphasizing: First, we must maintain unwavering vigilance in our thinking and ensure that safety awareness is embedded in every aspect of our work. Place utmost importance on this issue at the ideological level, promptly convey the spirit of this meeting to every employee in the department, rigorously implement the “Three Controls and Three Musts” requirements, significantly enhance safety awareness, and meticulously carry out preventive measures. Second, we will rigorously strengthen safety education and training and conscientiously fulfill our job responsibilities. Further improve the safety production education and training system, conduct regular fire safety training and emergency response drills, effectively enhance practical firefighting and rescue skills, and comprehensively strengthen employees’ awareness of fulfilling their duties. Third, safety inspections must be thorough and not merely for show, and corrective measures must be implemented with documented records. All inspections must be managed in a closed-loop system, and the implementation of corrective measures must be meticulously documented. With a sense of responsibility that leaves no room for complacency, we will strengthen regular and ad hoc inspections of the company’s collective housing assets and rigorously uphold the bottom line of workplace safety. Fourth, we will refine and improve institutional frameworks and contingency plans, ensuring that vigilance remains constant. To ensure the effective implementation of the “six modernizations” in workplace safety, it is essential to refine and improve relevant management systems and emergency response plans, further strengthen safety awareness, and substantially enhance capabilities in routine supervision, risk control, and emergency response. Fifth, we will refine and implement preventive measures to ensure workplace safety in every respect. Maintain constant vigilance on safety, conduct comprehensive inspections and address potential risks and hazards, resolutely prevent the “five deficiencies,” and strive to enhance the level of workplace safety management, ensuring a stable and improving safety situation in the scenic area.
