On the morning of February 26, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a pragmatic work meeting for the Luzhi Scenic Area in 2016. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Lei, Director of the Town Tourism Office and General Manager of the Tourism Company, and was attended by Qiu Leiming, Deputy Director of the Town Tourism Office, members of the company’s management team, all Party members of the branch, heads of various departments, as well as representatives from the Marketing Center, the Office, and Hengruida Property Management Company, totaling 25 participants.
The meeting was divided into three segments. The first segment, dedicated to Party-member study, saw Company Party Branch Secretary Zhao Hongming lead a collective study of the selected excerpts from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches. The second segment focused on work reporting: in light of the 2016 work plan and existing issues and shortcomings, heads of each department, as well as those responsible for Hengruida Property Management and Baosheng Temple, presented reports on their respective areas of responsibility, followed by comments and evaluations from the relevant supervising leaders. The third segment served as the concluding phase of the meeting. Secretary Zhao Hongming noted that, through enhanced training and improved management in the previous period, the company had made certain progress in streamlining its work style and boosting operational efficiency; however, there remained a considerable gap when measured against the requirements of higher authorities and the company itself. He urged all participants to press ahead, fulfill their duties conscientiously at their posts, accurately grasp the new normal, and adapt promptly to emerging changes, thereby sparking a fresh wave of emulation and excellence within the organization. Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered closing remarks, outlining four key priorities for the 2016 scenic‑area operations—strengthening internal management and expanding external markets—and setting forth the following requirements: first, to invigorate morale and further clarify the goals and direction for the year ahead; second, to innovate management practices and elevate the quality and caliber of the workforce; third, to proactively seize market opportunities and maximize marketing effectiveness; and fourth, to reinforce service standards and further enhance the brand and image of the scenic area.
