3 month 4 In the afternoon, Luzhi Ancient Town National… AAAA The mid-term review meeting for the scenic‑area improvement plan was held in the conference room of the Luzhi Tourist Center. Wang Zonglin, a member of the Town Party Committee, Deputy Town Mayor, and Director of the Ancient Town Management Committee, chaired the meeting, which was attended by heads of the Town Tourism Office, the Ancient Town Management Committee, the tourism company, the Baosheng Community, and other relevant departments and units.
At the meeting, Beijing Jiangshanduojiao Design Institute first presented its project proposal. Dean He Lijun and Director Li Huiqin discussed improvements to the physical infrastructure—including tourism transportation, visitor centers, signage, public restrooms, internal building facilities, and on-site attractions—as well as enterprise-related matters. VI The mid-term plan was explained in detail, covering two key areas: employee uniforms and attire, as well as upgrades to the ticketing system, tour guide system, and information‑technology software. Following this presentation, attendees engaged in a point‑by‑point discussion of the plan’s specifics, offering candid comments and constructive suggestions. Finally, Committee Member Wang Zonglin provided a summary and evaluation of the design, put forward several concrete revision proposals, and instructed the design team to further refine and enhance the plan by thoroughly incorporating feedback from all relevant departments. Once the final draft is completed, experts from the District Tourism Bureau and the Cultural Heritage Management Committee will be invited to conduct a conclusive review.
