In accordance with the unified arrangements of the Town’s “Two Studies, One Action” Study and Education Leading Group, on July 15, members of the Luzhi Tourism Party Branch attended a集中 (intensive) study session on the Party Constitution held at the Baosheng Community Sub‑Party School. He Weiping, Deputy Section Chief of the District Party Committee Organization Department, delivered a special lecture titled “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Forging Ahead—Study and Apply the Party Constitution.”
During the tutorial session, Section Chief He opened with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech delivered on July 1, first reviewing the Chinese Communist Party’s arduous journey over the past 95 years and outlining the proceedings of each National Congress as well as the evolution of the Party Constitution. He then provided a comprehensive overview of the Party Constitution, covering its fundamental principles, the history of its amendments, and the specific changes introduced in the latest version. Emphasizing the details of these revisions, he offered an in-depth analysis of the Constitution’s basic structure and individual articles. Finally, in addressing how to study and effectively apply the Party Constitution, Section Chief He put forward four recommendations: first, cultivate a sense of self‑discipline in learning; second, uphold loyalty in compliance; third, demonstrate a strong awareness of legal and regulatory requirements in implementation; and fourth, foster a sense of mission in safeguarding the Constitution.
