Luzhi Tourism Company Held a Meeting to Outline Holiday Tourism Arrangements for the National Day Golden Week.

To ensure the smooth and effective handling of tourist接待 during the National Day holiday at the Luzhi Scenic Area, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting on the afternoon of September 29 to outline preparations for the Golden Week period. Heads of all company departments and representatives from Hengruida Property Management attended the meeting, which was chaired by Bao Rongquan, the company’s deputy general manager.
At the meeting, department heads first reported on their pre-holiday preparations. Each department provided detailed updates on measures and plans related to staffing, visitor reception and interpretation, crowd management, and sanitation, as well as any issues requiring company coordination. Following this, the company’s three vice presidents—Bao Rongquan, Gu Hui, and Wang Peinan—each outlined their respective work assignments for holiday-period safety management, promoting civilized tourism, and marketing and guest services.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered a concluding address, outlining the arrangements for the scenic area’s National Day reception and setting forth three key requirements: First, unify thinking and awareness, and meticulously prepare for visitor接待. All departments must fully recognize the importance of ensuring smooth operations during the National Day holiday, plan ahead, make careful arrangements, and strengthen implementation. Second, prioritize safety to guarantee a secure and orderly reception. During the holiday, reinforce safety awareness, conduct thorough hazard inspections, effectively manage vehicle flow and passenger dispersal, and rigorously prevent congestion and stampede incidents. Third, enhance service management to foster a civilized and harmonious holiday environment. Throughout the holiday period, earnestly carry out initiatives such as promoting civility, standardizing services, maintaining cleanliness, and handling emergencies, thereby providing visitors and local residents with a beautiful and well‑kept setting for their National Day celebrations.
