The Luxi Tourism Party Branch convened a special discussion meeting on the theme “What Can I Do to Promote Innovation and Enrich the People?”

In accordance with the “Two Studies, One Action” work plan of Luzhi Town, on September 22, the Luzhi Tourism Party Branch convened a meeting of its members to hold a thematic discussion on the topic “What can I do to promote innovation and enrich the people?” The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zhou Lei, Secretary of the Party Branch.
At the meeting, Secretary Zhou first conveyed the requirements outlined in the “Notice on Promoting the Regularization and Institutionalization of the ‘Two Studies, One Action’ Learning and Education Campaign.” He then convened a special discussion titled “What Can I Do to Innovate Management and Enhance Services at the Scenic Area?” Participants took turns speaking, sharing their insights on topics such as the “263 Initiative,” scenic‑area development and management, and service‑quality improvement, while exchanging ideas on innovative measures within their respective departments. All expressed their commitment to earnestly implementing the directives from higher authorities, staying focused on their own duties, adopting creative approaches to deliver high‑quality services, and making greater contributions to the development of ancient‑town tourism. During the meeting, Secretary Zhou also delivered remarks, emphasizing three key areas: First, on innovation, he stressed that continuous learning and self‑improvement are the foundation for creativity, urging everyone to maintain a positive attitude and keep acquiring new knowledge. Second, on enriching the people, he called for refining incentive mechanisms, implementing multiple measures to increase incomes and generate revenue, thereby raising the earnings of the scenic area, its employees, and the residents of the ancient town. Third, on institutional frameworks, he urged further strengthening management systems, with Party members and cadres reinforcing their sense of responsibility and duty and fully playing their role as model leaders.
At the meeting, Secretary Zhou also outlined a Party‑day activity themed “Unite in Innovation and Strive to Be Pioneers,” organizing all Party members to carry out on‑site duties such as maintaining order, leading tour groups, promoting civility, and picking up litter at the tourist parking lot, the visitor center lobby, and frontline areas of the scenic spot. This initiative aims to leverage the Party branch’s role as a strong fighting fortress and showcase the exemplary image of Party members in the new era.
