Luzhi Culture and Tourism Group Held a Meeting to Outline Work for the Spring Festival Holiday Period.

With the 2025 Spring Festival holiday approaching, in order to ensure effective tourism services during the holiday period, the Luzhi Culture and Tourism Group convened a work‑deployment meeting on the afternoon of January 24. Attending the meeting were the group’s town‑level administrative officials, former mid‑level and senior managers of the tourism company, as well as the heads of Baosheng Temple, the Luzhi Property Management Visitor Center, and the two property‑management companies. The meeting was chaired by Xu Jianzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the Fifth Session of the 13th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Lüzhil Town, as well as the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism’s “Notice on Strengthening Fire Safety in the Cultural and Tourism Sectors in the Near Term.” Each department then reported on its preparations for holiday tourism during the Spring Festival, the status of related event‑planning activities, and any issues requiring coordination and resolution by the company. Representatives from the Two‑Insurance Company and the Lüzhil Property Management Visitor Center respectively outlined detailed measures concerning holiday tourism security and order, cleaning services, parking‑lot management, and other areas. The leadership team provided supplementary remarks on the preparedness of each department and assigned relevant tasks.

Finally, Chairman Gu Hui outlined the work plan for the Spring Festival holiday and emphasized several key requirements: First, we must clearly understand the situation and enhance our safety awareness. It is essential to conduct a scientific assessment of tourist flows, meticulously implement safety and preventive measures at scenic areas and attractions, refine relevant emergency response plans, and ensure robust holiday‑season tourism safety, thereby maintaining a sustained and steady improvement in workplace safety. Second, we must strengthen on-duty arrangements and enhance emergency response capabilities. Relevant departments must strengthen 24-hour on-duty arrangements, fully perform their duties, closely monitor vulnerable areas, intensify patrols and inspections of scenic spots, enhance emergency response capabilities, and resolutely eliminate all safety hazards. Third, we must work in close coordination to enhance service quality. Holiday activities at scenic areas should be carefully coordinated and promoted, with frontline departments thoroughly familiarized with relevant information to ensure smooth communication with visitors. At the same time, interdepartmental collaboration and on-site management must be strengthened to guarantee safe and orderly operations. Fourth, we must ensure coordinated planning and enhance logistical support. During holidays, the company canteen must coordinate and manage meal services for employees, volunteers, temporary workers, and others, ensuring an adequate food supply and a well-organized dining environment, while effectively providing robust logistical support.
