During the Spring Festival, Luzhi Jiangnan Cultural Park is aglow with colorful lanterns and festive decorations—red lanterns, Chinese knots, streamers, and auspicious rabbit motifs can be seen everywhere, creating a vibrant New Year atmosphere.
From the second to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, the Luzhi Scenic Area presents two daily performances—morning and afternoon—on the ancient stage within the Jiangnan Cultural Park. The program features Pingtan storytelling, a showcase of traditional water-town women’s costumes, various operas, folk songs, pop tunes, and dance routines. Each day, the square in front of the historic stage buzzes with crowds, shoulder to shoulder, creating an exceptionally lively, festive, and harmonious atmosphere. These captivating performances, rich in local flavor, have earned unanimous praise from both tourists and residents alike.
