Online photography enthusiasts from the renowned city of Suzhou head to Luzhi for winter-themed photo shoots.

With its abundant tourism resources, unspoiled waterside charm, and profound cultural heritage, Luzhi Ancient Town has become a renowned “natural photo studio” in the Jiangnan water towns. To better showcase the town’s unique attractions and quintessential appeal, the Luzhi Scenic Area has partnered with Suzhou’s Famous City Online Photography Channel to host a winter photography excursion in Luzhi.
On January 15, a group of 15 members from the “Mingcheng Suzhou” online photography club arrived at Luzhi Ancient Town. Armed with their professional eye, they captured the town’s picturesque charm: traditional residences with white walls and dark-tiled roofs, winding waterways, quaint little bridges, the ancient ginkgo tree at Baosheng Temple, the Wansheng Rice Mill immortalized in Ye Shengtao’s writings, the elegant figures of women dressed in waterside attire, and the Jiangnan Cultural Park, complete with a lotus‑singing performance…
Following the event, the photographers’ works have been uploaded to the “Famous City Photo‑Takers” section of the Famous City Suzhou website.
