The Ancient Town Management Committee’s Urban Management Squad of the Luzhi Urban Management Brigade has been officially established.

On March 28, the Luzhi Urban Management Brigade held a ceremony to establish the urban management squad under the Ancient Town Management Committee of Luzhi Town. Wu Qiurong, a member of the Town Party Committee and Director of the Ancient Town Management Committee, and Hong Taosheng, Deputy Town Mayor, attended the ceremony.
The ceremony began with Deputy Town Mayor Hong Taosheng reading the official documents establishing the Urban Management Squad of the Ancient Town Management Committee. Following this, Captain Lu Zulin of the squad delivered a statement on behalf of the team. Captain Chen Donghai of the Luzhi Urban Management Brigade expressed his hope that the Ancient Town Management Committee’s Urban Management Squad, under the leadership of both the committee and the brigade, would live up to expectations, fulfill its mission, work diligently, fully discharge its duties, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Deputy Town Mayor Hong Taosheng set forth requirements for effectively carrying out urban management work within the jurisdiction of the Ancient Town Management Committee, emphasizing four key principles: upholding law-based administration and strict enforcement; prioritizing management and taking proactive measures; adhering to dual leadership and local‑level governance; and placing people first while ensuring civilized law enforcement. He also urged all members of the Ancient Town Management Committee’s urban management squad to “strengthen their studies, sharpen their awareness and initiative in their work, enhance their problem‑solving capabilities, and cultivate proper conduct and professional demeanor.”
Wu Qiurong, a member of the Town Party Committee and Director of the Ancient Town Management Committee, delivered an important address. Comrade Wu briefed all members of the Urban Management Squad under the Ancient Town Management Committee on the committee’s structure and distinctive features, while setting forth three key expectations: “the team must project a professional image, enforcement must be conducted with high standards, and work must be carried out with unwavering dedication.” He also encouraged all officers of the squad to earnestly fulfill their duties and collaborate in effectively managing all urban administration tasks within the Ancient Town.
