Luzhi Tourism Company Held Its Semi-Annual Work Meeting.


To review and summarize the first half of the year’s work and to set the stage for advancing the year’s objectives, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a semi-annual work meeting on the afternoon of July 19. The company’s leadership team, deputy heads and above from all departments, as well as the heads of Baosheng Temple, the Two‑Insurance Company, and the Luzhi Property Management Visitor Center, attended the meeting. Staff from the Office, the Finance Department, and the Marketing Center participated in an observer capacity. The meeting was chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party Branch.

  At the meeting, heads of various departments presented reports on their first-half performance and outlined plans for the second half, focusing on the transformation and upgrading of the scenic‑area model and the pursuit of high‑quality tourism development. Relevant supervising leaders then provided supplementary remarks.

The meeting reported on the findings of unannounced inspections and supervisory reviews conducted by various departments this year, highlighting issues related to work style, as well as penalties imposed on third-party service outsourcing firms for substandard service quality. It also conveyed the spirit of the Sixth Session of the 19th People’s Congress of Luzhi Town and the meeting of leading cadres of Luzhi Town, and communicated the need to study and implement the important remarks made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection tour of Jiangsu Province.

Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei provided feedback on the work reports of each department, set forth specific requirements for the tasks ahead, and outlined the company’s plans for the next phase. He also emphasized several key points: First, strictly comply with the company’s rules and regulations. Heads of all departments shall strengthen management of work and rest schedules, attendance policies, and other related matters; they must lead by example, conscientiously comply with these regulations, and actively uphold them, thereby effectively reinforcing internal management. Second, further strengthen departmental management. Heads of all departments must fully discharge their duties, enhance management efficiency, rigorously vet all matters, and assume responsibility at each level. Third, further clarify the hierarchical system. Carefully align with the company’s rules and regulations, further clarify departmental responsibilities, strengthen communication and coordination among departments, and work together in a spirit of collaboration. Fourth, further improve our work in our respective roles. All departments and all personnel shall, from their respective positions, conscientiously and responsibly fulfill their duties.
