To further strengthen the safety awareness of the tourism company’s cadres and employees and enhance their ability to prevent online fraud, on the afternoon of July 26, the Comprehensive Governance Division of the Luzhi Town Integrated Command Center invited Teacher Zhu Shengliang from the Wuzhong District “Awareness Defense” Anti-Fraud Lecture Group to conduct an “Awareness Defense” anti-fraud publicity campaign at the company.
During the event, Teacher Zhu delivered a lecture centered on “how to enhance fraud‑prevention and anti‑scam capabilities,” using a PowerPoint presentation to highlight common scams encountered in daily life, including “impersonation of customer email accounts, part-time order‑boosting fraud, investment‑and‑financial‑management scams, online loan fraud, and dating‑and‑social‑networking scams.” She analyzed the tactics employed by scammers and shared practical measures for prevention. In addition, Teacher Zhu urged participants to download the “National Anti‑Fraud Center” app and follow the “Wuzhong Awareness Prevention” WeChat official account, enabling the call‑alert feature to accurately identify fraudulent calls and bolster their ability to guard against scams.
Finally, Teacher Zhu emphasized not to believe in the illusion of easy windfalls, to keep one’s desires in check, and to remain vigilant at critical moments. He urged everyone to promptly enable call‑blocking features for international calls, strengthen their security awareness, and enhance their ability to prevent and combat fraud. In the event of a scam, they should resolutely refrain from greed, disbelief, fear, and remittances, and dial 110 without delay.
