To further enhance the professional competence of publicity personnel across the district’s tourism sectors, strengthen their capabilities in leveraging new media channels, and foster exchange and learning among information officers, the Wuzhong District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Suzhou City convened the 2023 Wuzhong Tourism Information Officer Training Conference on the morning of December 14. The meeting was attended by publicity staff from tourism companies throughout the district, key rural tourism villages, and star-rated tourist hotels.
The meeting reviewed the district’s tourism information and publicity efforts for 2023, recognized outstanding units and individuals in this field, and presented them with certificates of honor. Luzhi Tourism Company, owing to its exceptional performance in tourism information and publicity, ranked at the top of the district-wide system assessment and was awarded two honors: “Outstanding Unit” and “Outstanding Individual” for Wu Zhong’s tourism information and publicity work in 2023. In recent years, Luzhi Tourism Company has consistently prioritized information and publicity, with leadership personally overseeing and reviewing all related activities, treating it as a key strategic initiative integrated into every aspect of its operations. This approach has helped build a strong corporate image and further enhanced the scenic area’s visibility.
Going forward, Luzhi Tourism Company will take this award as motivation to further enhance its skills in information dissemination and writing, continuously improve the quality of its communications, and redouble its efforts to deliver outstanding public‑relations work, thereby making new and even greater contributions to the high‑quality development of Wuzhong’s tourism sector.
