In accordance with the spirit of Document No. 4 [2021] issued by the Luzhi Party Committee, “Notice on Convening the 2020 Annual Meeting of Grassroots Party Organizations and Conducting Democratic Appraisals of Party Members,” the Luzhi Tourism Company’s Party Branch held a meeting on the afternoon of March 19 to conduct its organizational life session and democratic appraisal of party members. Wang Xiaogang, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, attended the meeting to provide guidance, and all members of the Luzhi Tourism Company’s Party Branch participated. The meeting was chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party Branch.

At the meeting, Secretary Hu Meizhen, on behalf of the Party Branch leadership of Luzhi Tourism Company, presented the 2020 self‑inspection and comparison report, thoroughly identified existing problems, conducted an in-depth analysis of their root causes, and proposed corrective measures and directions for future efforts. Meanwhile, Secretary Hu Meizhen took the lead in conducting a personal self‑inspection and engaging in self‑criticism, and accepted constructive criticism from the members of the Party Branch leadership. Subsequently, each Party member of the Luzhi Tourism Company’s Party Branch carried out individual self‑inspections, offered mutual critiques and suggestions for improvement, and individually acknowledged these points while making corresponding commitments.

Following this, Wang Xiaogang, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, offered his comments. He began by fully commending the tourism company’s work in 2020, while also noting that this organizational life meeting was thoroughly prepared, meticulously organized, and of high quality, effectively prompting participants to reflect on their shortcomings and engage in earnest self‑criticism. As a result, it successfully enhanced party spirit and strengthened unity within the Party branch. He then put forward the following five requirements regarding how to translate and leverage the outcomes of this organizational life meeting and further strengthen the leadership team of the tourism Party branch: First, We must steadfastly align ourselves with the benchmark and remain unwavering in our ideals and convictions. Second, We must adhere to the principle of immediate action and prompt rectification, and ensure that problem-solving efforts are pursued without complacency. Third is We must remain steadfast in opposing the “Four Undesirables” and continue to strengthen conduct-building without letup. Fourth is We must uphold comprehensive and rigorous governance, and continue to deepen Party management and self-governance without letup. Fifth is We must adhere to benchmarking and rectification, and remain vigilant in implementing the provincial-level review.

Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei and Secretary Hu Meizhen each delivered statements, affirming that all Party members and cadres of the tourism company must remain humble and prudent, press ahead with determination, and take this organizational life meeting as an impetus to both address immediate issues and establish lasting mechanisms. They pledged to work earnestly and pragmatically, assume responsibility, and deliver concrete results, thereby driving high-quality development of Luzhi’s tourism sector through practical actions.
