Carry out environmental and order rectification to enhance the quality of scenic areas.

To consolidate the achievements of building a civilized city and a sanitary town, strengthen long-term management efforts, further enhance the quality of the scenic area, and continue to promote high-quality tourism development in the ancient town, on the afternoon of March 1, Luzhi Tourism Company, together with the Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau (Urban Management), launched a joint campaign to improve environmental conditions and public order.

This operation carries out joint enforcement to address issues such as street-side residents and businesses encroaching on public thoroughfares, unauthorized张贴 and hanging of materials, improper installation of advertising signs and shopfronts, occupation of public spaces, and indiscriminate parking. It focuses on tackling problems like unauthorized stalls and storefronts, non-compliant signage and advertising, the accumulation of debris in streets, alleys, embankments, riverbanks, and other public areas, as well as the haphazard parking of motorized and non-motorized vehicles—aiming to restore orderly urban conditions.

Prior to the launch of the operation, the scenic area organized its order‑maintenance staff to deliver notices of the joint rectification campaign door‑to‑door to residents and businesses along the streets, urging them to comply with relevant regulations and properly assume responsibility for the “three responsibilities” in front of their premises. Those who refuse to cooperate will have their illegally occupying‑the‑road stalls, haphazardly piled goods, and other items encroaching on public spaces disposed of as ownerless property on the day of the operation. Only through sustained, long‑term efforts can we achieve lasting results. Moving forward, the Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area will continue to collaborate with relevant town departments to carry out ongoing special campaigns addressing environmental hygiene, market order, and workplace safety, thereby strengthening the scenic area’s long‑term management, comprehensively enhancing the quality of its services, and continuously developing a high‑quality, boutique‑style destination to promote the high‑quality development of ancient‑town tourism.
