Luzhi Tourism Company convened the 2016 Marketing Center Conference on Conduct Building and Practical Work.

On the afternoon of February 15, Luzhi Tourism Company convened the 2016 Marketing Center Meeting on Conduct Building and Practical Work. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Zhou Lei, with all members of the Marketing Center in attendance.
The meeting was divided into three segments. First, each marketing professional conducted a self‑reflection, thoroughly identifying issues and shortcomings in their thinking and work, and engaged in candid peer criticism, offering constructive feedback. Next, Deputy General Manager of Marketing, Wang Peinan, presented the department’s 2016 work plan, while Vice President Gu Hui, who oversees the e‑commerce division, provided an assessment of the team’s recent performance. Following this, Zhao Hongming, Secretary of the company’s Party branch, analyzed and commented on the current challenges facing the Marketing Center, urging all marketing staff to strengthen their confidence, resilience, and self‑awareness; to exercise prudence in solitude and attention to detail; and to strive for excellence by continuously learning, honing their skills, and demonstrating dedication. He also led the group in studying higher‑level documents, including the “Measures for Holding Individuals Accountable for Violations of Work Discipline and Improvements in Work Style.”

Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei delivered a concluding address, outlining the company’s 2016 marketing strategy: to innovate marketing mechanisms, advance integrated marketing, and expand key target markets. He emphasized the need to delve deeply into the unique cultural essence of the ancient town, develop a completely new tourism product portfolio, and actively broaden online collaboration channels to launch a full‑scale wave of digital marketing. He called for earnestly implementing the “Three Focuses and One Promotion” approach—focusing on “newness” in learning, on “practicality” in work style, and on “speed” in efficiency—to elevate the Marketing Center’s performance to a new level and achieve renewed success in the coming year. In his remarks on the 2016 Marketing Center’s priorities, General Manager Zhou articulated eight expectations: first, strengthen goal‑oriented awareness and set an example by striving for excellence and taking the lead; second, reinforce a sense of responsibility and exemplify dedication and professionalism; third, enhance efficiency consciousness and lead by example in proactive initiative; fourth, cultivate a service‑oriented mindset and demonstrate pragmatism and truth‑seeking; fifth, uphold discipline and serve as a model for strict adherence to established procedures; sixth, embrace a spirit of selfless dedication and exemplify hardworking perseverance; seventh, prioritize continuous learning and integrate theory with practice; and eighth, foster a strong culture of oversight and compliance, setting a standard for disciplined management.
