Luzhi Town convened a review meeting on the interim findings of the 4A Scenic Area Enhancement Plan.

To comprehensively enhance the tourism infrastructure and service management at the Luzhi Scenic Area and to drive the upgrading of the ancient town’s tourism offerings, the scenic area previously engaged the Beijing Jiangshan Duojiao Design Institute to develop the “Luzhi Ancient Town 4A Tourist Attraction Enhancement Plan.” The preliminary plan has already undergone two rounds of review and validation.
On the morning of May 19, a mid‑project review meeting for the upgrade plan of the Luzhi Ancient Town’s 4A scenic area was held in the town government conference room. Town leaders Yao Dong, Chen Julin, Zhang Ming, Hong Taosheng, and Wang Zonglin attended the meeting, along with heads of the Town Tourism Office, the Ancient Town Management Committee, the traffic police, the traffic management department, the tourism company, and the Baosheng Community, among other relevant departments. At the meeting, Dean Li Huiqin of Jiangshan Duojiao Design Institute first presented the design proposal, providing a detailed explanation and interpretation of the planned improvements to both the scenic area’s physical infrastructure and its operational management. Following this, department heads engaged in a lively discussion, offering their respective views and recommendations. Finally, Secretary Yao Dong, Town Mayor Chen Julin, and Deputy Secretary Zhang Ming each offered guiding comments on the plan. They articulated specific revision suggestions regarding landmark landscape features, advertising signage, wayfinding systems, and nighttime illumination, instructing the design team to further refine and enhance the proposal accordingly. They also indicated that, at an appropriate time, higher‑level authorities and relevant experts would be invited to conduct a final review of the plan.
