On the afternoon of September 16, the Party branch of Luzhi Tourism Company held its September themed Party Day event, which was attended by all party members. The event was chaired by Hu Meizhen, the secretary of the Party branch.
First, Gu Hui, deputy secretary of the Party branch, led everyone in studying the second question of the first section in the book “Facing the New Journey”: What is the essence of the new stage of development? The Party members listened attentively, engaged in active reflection, and took diligent notes. They gained a profound understanding that the new stage of development is a magnificent journey marked by a major leap forward in national development, a significant enhancement in people’s well-being, and a substantial stride in the great cause of national rejuvenation.
Finally, Secretary Hu Meizhen assigned self-study tasks on the “Study in China” platform and set forth specific requirements for the branch’s Party members in the next phase of work: At present, Suzhou is in the critical stage of advancing its efforts to become a national model city of civility for 2021. During this pivotal period, all members of our branch must earnestly exemplify the vanguard role of Party members, integrate theoretical knowledge with practical work, take the lead in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, and make concrete improvements to their work style.
