With the 2018 Dragon Boat Festival holiday approaching, in order to ensure smooth operations at the Luzhi Scenic Area during the holiday period, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a meeting on June 15 to outline preparations for peak-season tourism. The meeting was attended by company executives, department managers, and the heads of Baosheng Temple, Hengruida, and Wuchu Property Management. The session was chaired by Wang Peinan, the company’s deputy general manager.
At the meeting, department managers reported on their preparations for holiday visitor接待, outlining specific measures, identified challenges, and requested company coordination. Meanwhile, Hengruida and Wuchu Property Management—two property management firms—presented their holiday‑season work plans and detailed operational procedures for security and cleaning services at the scenic area. Following this, Vice President Wang Peinan conveyed the district tourism bureau’s requirements for holiday‑season tourism operations, assigning concrete tasks related to marketing initiatives, visitor reception, and safety management. He concluded by emphasizing three key points: First, place utmost importance on holiday‑season safety. A comprehensive pre‑holiday inspection was already conducted, and during the holiday period, safety management must be strengthened to ensure safe and orderly tourist services. Second, enhance the management of the tourism environment and public order. On‑site oversight of environmental and behavioral standards should be intensified to maintain a clean, attractive setting and foster a positive festive atmosphere. Third, genuinely elevate the quality of tourism services. All business units and service counters should prioritize visitor satisfaction, reinforcing a strong service mindset to deliver high‑quality, exceptional hospitality throughout the holiday season.
