Luzhi Tourism Company Held a Special Meeting on Winter Tourism Safety Work.

As the year draws to a close, in order to thoroughly implement the directives and requirements of higher authorities and ensure the safety of tourism at the Luzhi Scenic Area, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a special meeting on winter tourism safety on December 6. The company’s leadership team, departmental managers at the deputy manager level and above, as well as the heads of Baosheng Temple, Hengruida, and Wuchu Property Management, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Vice President Wang Peinan.
At the meeting, participants first watched a briefing on recent strong winds, temperature drops, and rainy–snowy weather, followed by a promotional video on winter fire prevention. Subsequently, heads of each department reported on their units’ recent safety performance, identified existing vulnerabilities, and outlined corrective measures, while also offering suggestions for enhancing the company’s winter safety efforts. Following this, Vice Presidents Gu Hui and Wang Peinan provided detailed assessments of the work and issued specific instructions covering safety management in areas such as scenic‑spot architecture, service facilities, cruise‑boat operations, tour‑guide services, festive events, and heating and electrical usage.
Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei of the company outlined a comprehensive plan for winter tourism safety at the scenic area, emphasizing that safety is the top priority in tourism. He particularly stressed the need to strengthen safety management and risk prevention measures related to electricity use, water bodies, roadways, and other areas. In light of recent unusual weather conditions, he called for enhanced on‑duty and patrol arrangements, the swift implementation of a thorough safety inspection, and meticulous follow‑up to address identified issues and improve overall safety standards. He also set forth several key requirements for the next phase of safety work: first, reinforce safety awareness and elevate the importance attached to safety as the year draws to a close; second, refine management systems by further detailing safety protocols across all departments and positions; third, clearly define safety responsibilities, ensuring accountability is firmly established at every level and assigned to specific individuals; fourth, conduct targeted training and education to effectively enhance fire‑safety skills and overall safety performance; and fifth, carry out routine inspections to guarantee that all safety measures are fully implemented.
