The Luzhi Tourism Party Branch convened the 2018–2019 annual winter training conference for party members.

To thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the directives of higher-level authorities, and to carry out the branch’s winter training program effectively, thereby genuinely enhancing Party members’ ideological and theoretical understanding as well as their practical capabilities, the Luzhi Tourism Party Branch convened its 2018–2019 annual winter training conference on February 21.
At the meeting, Comrade Gu Hui, deputy secretary of the Party branch, led the Party members in studying Document No. 1 of the Luzhi Committee (2019), “On Seriously Organizing and Carrying Out the 2018–2019 Winter Training Work in Luzhi Town,” and Document No. 2, “Notice on Conducting a Thematic Discussion Campaign on ‘Striving Forward in the New Era, Re‑launching Reform’ During Winter Training,” and outlined the branch’s specific tasks and related requirements for the winter training program. Following this, the Party members collectively watched the short film “The Wind Rises in Jiangnan” and engaged in an extensive discussion around themes such as “Daring to Lead and Forge Ahead,” “Re‑launching Reform,” and enriching the new connotations of the “Three Great Treasures.” Drawing on the experiences of reform and opening-up and the changes in the scenic area, the participants freely shared their views and discussed prospects for development. Subsequently, Comrade Zhou Lei, the company’s general manager, conveyed the remarks delivered by Comrade Yao Dong, Secretary of the Luzhi Town Party Committee, at the town-wide winter training conference for Party members and cadres, as well as at the comprehensive commendation meeting on building work style and efficiency and promoting high‑quality development. In light of the company’s actual situation, he re‑mobilized and re‑deployed the next phase of winter training, urging all Party members to: first, elevate their ideological awareness—attach great importance to the winter training work, ensure that all activities are effectively implemented and yield tangible results; second, strengthen their study during winter training—carry out both centralized education and self‑study around five thematic topics, with Party members and cadres ensuring thorough communication and implementation within their respective departments; and third, innovate in their work—liberate their thinking, adopt creative approaches, enhance organizational capacity and execution, remain dedicated to their posts, pool wisdom and strength to advance Luzhi’s tourism development, and make due contributions to the town’s distinctive development under the strategy of “simultaneous advancement of three zones and construction of four towns.”
