
On the morning of May 23, the Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area convened a symposium to discuss and exchange ideas on business‑format upgrades, jointly mapping out development strategies and working together to enhance quality. Attending the meeting were members of the scenic area’s leadership team, officials from the e‑commerce department of the Marketing Center, and representatives from several coffee‑and‑light‑meal and bar‑and‑tea‑drink operators. The session was chaired by General Manager Zhou Lei.

At the meeting, in accordance with the instructions of the town Party committee and government and taking into account the current state of development of the ancient town scenic area, Zhou Lei reported on the progress of ongoing work and related measures aimed at strengthening the protection of the ancient town, upgrading its business formats, enriching the depth of its offerings, enhancing the appeal of its tourism IP, and comprehensively elevating the overall quality of the scenic area. He also engaged in discussions with the attendees regarding the next phase of business‑format improvement plans and the tasks that the scenic area needs to undertake. Drawing on their respective operational realities, the participants analyzed existing shortcomings and areas for improvement, and shared their views and recommendations on such matters as the scenic area’s business‑format layout, marketing and promotion, event planning, and visitor‑segment attraction.

Finally, Zhou Lei expressed his gratitude to the delegates for their participation and for the valuable suggestions they offered. He stated that such symposiums and exchanges would be held on a regular basis to jointly explore ways to enhance their work. He also urged the delegates to abide by management guidelines, leverage their respective strengths, and actively engage in publicity and promotion. Meanwhile, the scenic area will implement unified planning and layout, strengthen service support, and regularly collaborate with all parties to launch marketing initiatives, attract visitor traffic, and foster shared development.
