The Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area held a work‑deployment meeting for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday.

On the afternoon of June 7, the Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area held a work‑deployment meeting for the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. The company’s leadership team, heads and deputy heads of all departments, as well as the principals of Baosheng Temple, the Two‑Baobao Company, and the Luzhi Property Management Visitor Center, attended the meeting, which was chaired by General Manager Zhou Lei.

At the meeting, heads of each department sequentially reported on their preparations for handling tourist arrivals during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday and on matters requiring coordination and resolution by the company. Representatives from contracted service providers outlined detailed measures for holiday‑related security and guest services, cleaning, parking‑lot management, and other areas, with relevant supervising leaders providing supplementary remarks.

The meeting conveyed the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism’s “Notice on Ensuring the Safe and Orderly Reopening of A‑Level Tourist Attractions During the Dragon Boat Festival Holiday and the Summer Season,” the Office of the Citywide 100‑Day Campaign Leading Group for Environmental Improvement and Enhancement’s “Notice on Organizing a Comprehensive Environmental Assessment of Cultural and Tourism‑Related Ancient Towns,” as well as the spirit of the semi‑annual long‑term management work conference for A‑Level scenic areas in Wuzhong District.

Finally, General Manager Zhou Lei outlined the arrangements for handling tourist arrivals during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday and emphasized several key requirements: First, strengthen the sense of service. All staff members should enhance their proactive service mindset, standardize service procedures, emphasize courtesy and etiquette, and effectively improve the visitor experience. Second, strengthen workplace safety. All departments must maintain unwavering vigilance, meticulously implement preventive measures, promptly address potential risks and hazards, and ensure that the safety production situation continues to improve. Third, strengthen environmental order. The two state‑owned companies must earnestly enhance service quality, strengthen patrols and inspections as well as order management, increase the frequency of mobile cleaning and waste removal, and make every effort to ensure a clean and orderly environment in the scenic area. Fourth, strengthen on-duty and guard responsibilities. Strictly enforce the 24-hour on-duty system; during holidays, ensure that leaders are on duty, fully discharge their responsibilities, maintain unimpeded communication, enhance emergency response capabilities, and guarantee the safety and stability of holiday tourism.
