Adhering to a problem‑oriented approach, it has clearly defined management responsibilities for the scenic area and its surrounding connected zones, standardized management protocols, and intensified supervision and inspections, thereby further enhancing environmental hygiene and market order in the ancient town and its environs. Additional cleaning personnel have been deployed to bolster sanitation efforts across the town’s streets, waterways, green belts, bridges, signage, information boards, trash bins, and adjacent areas, ensuring no sanitary blind spots remain. The frequency of mobile sweeping and waste collection has been increased, with enhanced river‑bank cleanup to promptly remove floating debris and white litter. Strict adherence to the “5S” management standards for tourist restrooms is being enforced, with dedicated staff conducting half‑hourly cleanings and installing air fresheners to minimize odors. Security personnel have been assigned to specific posts and designated areas, strengthening on‑site management and intensifying patrols and inspections to prevent vendors from encroaching on public spaces or indiscriminately piling up clutter. Unauthorized parking of non‑motorized vehicles is promptly addressed, and visitors exhibiting uncivilized behavior are gently dissuaded.
