On the morning of April 19, the Party branch of Luzhi Tourism Company convened its April themed Party Day activity and a meeting to recommend candidates for Party membership. All members of the branch and prospective Party members attended, with the meeting chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party branch.
At the meeting, Comrade Hu Meizhen first conveyed the spirit of the notice issued by the Town Party Committee and Town Government regarding the April thematic Party Day activities; she then led all attendees in watching relevant videos from the 14th National People’s Congress and thoroughly studied the会议精神; finally, she introduced the basic information of Comrade Lu Lijuan, an active applicant for Party membership.
Subsequently, Comrade Lu Lijuan reported her personal background to the branch meeting, covering her understanding of the Party, her motives for joining, her resume, and her current performance, while reaffirming her sincere and resolute determination to join the Party. The attending party members then conducted a secret ballot. Comrade Hu Meizhen announced the results of the secret ballot; in accordance with relevant regulations, Comrade Lu Lijuan was approved by vote and designated as a candidate for Party membership in 2023.
Finally, Comrade Hu Meizhen assigned post-meeting self-study tasks and urged all Party members of the branch, prospective Party members, and active candidates for Party membership to earnestly study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, closely integrating this with the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, fully applying it to their daily work, and conscientiously fulfilling their duties in serving the people.
