On the morning of November 13, the Party branch of Luzhi Tourism Company held its November themed Party Day and ideological education activities. All party members, prospective party members, and active applicants for Party membership attended, with the event chaired by Hu Meizhen, Secretary of the Party branch.
At the meeting, Secretary Hu Meizhen first conveyed the spirit of the Town Party Committee and Government’s notice on the November themed Party Day activities, and then led a focused discussion on “How to Make Contributions from Our Respective Posts.” Following this, Secretary Hu Meizhen guided participants in a seminar titled “Looking Back at History, Imagining the Future,” drawing on the book “Selected Excerpts from Xi Jinping’s Remarks on Investigation and Research” and the current development status of the Luzhi Scenic Area. They also studied the document “Reviewing the Past and Looking Ahead from a New Historical Starting Point,” emphasizing that, as the scenic area embarks on a phase of transformation and upgrading, all attendees should unite in their efforts to build an even better destination.
Finally, Secretary Hu Meizhen led all attendees in studying the key points of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech, “Doing a Better Job in Propaganda and Ideological Work,” delivered at the National Conference on Propaganda and Ideological Work, as excerpted from Volume One of “Selected Works of Xi Jinping.” She urged relevant departments to continuously innovate and keep pace with the times in their publicity efforts, and assigned post-meeting self-study tasks, calling for a thorough study of recent materials related to thematic education, closely integrating this learning with the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and fully applying these principles to daily work—dutifully fulfilling one’s responsibilities and serving the people.
